Homemade Peanut Butter Brownie Recipe With The Best Taste

This was a mix of two recipes! I'm that person who can't with bakery! I don't know how to follow the recipe guys! I mixed it here, there and in the end it worked. The combination of chocolate brownie and nuts, creates a very delicious taste when enjoying a break.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of chocolate in callets/tablets/chopped (use at least semisweet, I used 60%)
  • 200g salted butter
  • 6 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 1/2 cups granulated sugar (blended in a blender, to get very thin)
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 tsp (coffee) vanilla extract
  • 2 cups of wheat flour
  • 1 cup of chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 col (coffee) of instant coffee
  • 1 col (coffee) Maldon salt (you can use fleur de sel, or coarse ground salt OR don't use)

How To Make Homemade Peanut Butter Brownie Recipe With The Best Taste:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. In a small pan, melt the butter until it starts to darken a little (noisette) without burning.
  3. Turn off the heat and add the chocolate, instant coffee, cocoa and mix until everything dissolves. Reserve.
  4. In a stand mixer, beat the eggs, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy (approximately 8 minutes).
  5. Add the chocolate mixture to the mixer. Add the flour and mix gently.
  6. Add the walnuts and chocolate chips, and sprinkle with the Maldon salt.
  7. Mix and transfer to the roast, which must be previously lined with baking paper. (I use Dover, which doesn't need to be greased, if you use parchment paper, don't forget to grease the paper with butter! otherwise, it sticks!
  8. Take it to the oven for 25 to 30 minutes (I used a 27x23 baking sheet), it should be with a cone on top, but creamy inside.
  9. You may find the use of Maldon Salt strange, but it's surprising when you bite into a piece that has a little crystal of salt in the middle of the super potent chocolate!
