Ingredients:
- 2 cups Robin Hood Self-Rising Flour
- 1 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice
- 1 tsp bicarbonate
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1 cup of water
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 100g chocolate
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
How to Make Moist Chocolate Cake:
- Preheat the oven to 180º C.
- Heat the water and before it boils, place the sifted cocoa and oil, mix them and reserve.
- To milk, add lemon juice and reserve.
- In a large container, close all the dry ones and make a hole in the center.
- Add the liquid mixture and integrate them, mixing little by little.
- Add the eggs one by one, the vanilla and finally the milk.
- In a greased and floured mold, serve the mix.
- Bake for 45 minutes, or until it passes the stick test.
- Let cool and move to a serving tray.
- For the cover: heat the cream without boiling and add it to the chopped chocolate.
- Let stand 30 seconds, mix until fully integrated.
