Ingredients:
  • 2 cups Robin Hood Self-Rising Flour
  • 1 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice
  • 1 tsp bicarbonate
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla
For the cover:
  • 100g chocolate
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
How to Make Moist Chocolate Cake:
  1. Preheat the oven to 180º C.
  2. Heat the water and before it boils, place the sifted cocoa and oil, mix them and reserve.
  3. To milk, add lemon juice and reserve.
  4. In a large container, close all the dry ones and make a hole in the center.
  5. Add the liquid mixture and integrate them, mixing little by little.
  6. Add the eggs one by one, the vanilla and finally the milk.
  7. In a greased and floured mold, serve the mix.
  8. Bake for 45 minutes, or until it passes the stick test.
  9. Let cool and move to a serving tray.
  10. For the cover:⁣ heat the cream without boiling and add it to the chopped chocolate.
  11. Let stand 30 seconds, mix until fully integrated.
  12. Add the coverage with spatula or spoon to decorate.
