Today I bring a healthy snacks recipe with granola biscuits for you. These delicious basket granola biscuits can also be used for breakfast that pleases your stomach and is different from other breakfasts. With a few ingredients that are very few and easy to find at your local grocery store, you can have these little basket granola crackers with whatever filling you like best.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups granola (you can use oatmeal instead)
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons coconut oil or wonder
- 1 natural flavored yogurt
- Chocolate or fruit to decorate
How to Make Healthy Breakfast For Granola Basket Cookies:
- Mash the granola until it is as smooth as possible. Then transfer to a bowl and mix with honey and oil.
- Knead the dough until it becomes a homogeneous and pliable mixture, divide the mixed dough into 5 and place each in a "basket"-shaped muffin tin.
