If you want to make these rolls at home, here's a recipe for soft chocolate rolls.

Ingredients :
  • 6 eggs
  • 90 grams of sugar
  • 50 grams of wheat flour
  • 20 grams of cocoa powder
  • 10 grams of cornstarch
  • 10 grams of powdered milk
  • 120 grams of butter or melted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon cake emulsifier

Complementary:
  • Chocolate cream
  • 80 ml whipping cream
  • 100 gram dark chocolate bar

How to make:
  1. Mix flour, cocoa powder, cornstarch, milk powder, and salt, mix well and sift.
  2. Mixer eggs, sugar, emulsion, and vanilla until thick white. Turn off the mixer.
  3. Gradually add flour mixture, stirring with a spatula until well combined.
  4. Take 4 tablespoons of the dough, put it in the melted butter, mix well, then pour the butter mixture into the dough, mix it well.
  5. Pour into a tin (28X28 cm) that has been greased and lined with parchment paper, tapping the tin a few times.
  6. Oven temperature 170-180 degrees fire up and down until cooked, remove and let stand until warm, turn the baking sheet.
  7. Remove the baking paper, wait for it to cool, spread with cream then roll it slowly, compact and let stand until cold before cutting into pieces.
  8. Serve and ready to eat.
