USA Choco Roll Cake Moist Recipe
This weekend I really want to eat chocolate roll wafer, but I don't know the recipe and how to make it. So I'm going to replace it by making a Choco Roll Cake to chill out this weekend. All compositions are easy to get at the nearest store. I will share this recipe for all of you and don't forget to share it with your friends too.
Ingredients:
- 5 eggs
- a tablespoon of honey
- 5 stevia sachets
- ¼ cup whole wheat flour
- 2 tbsp bitter cocoa
- vanilla
Delicious Cream:
- Spreadable cheese (or natural or Greek yogurt) 5 tbsp + stevia to taste + vanilla
- Chopped nuts a handful
Tiramisu Cream For To Cover:
- Spreadable cheese or Greek/natural yogurt 6 tbsp
- 2 sachets stevia
- Vanilla
- instant coffee one tbsp
- chopped chocolate 2 bars
- 1/3 cup chopped dried fruit
How to Make Choco Roll:
- Beat the egg whites to snow and reserve
- Mix yolks + stevia + honey + vanilla + bitter cocoa powder in a bowl
- lightly beat and then add flour, integrate everything
- Finally add the egg whites to snow with enveloping movements
- Arrange the mixture on a plate with oiled parchment paper, try to make it rectangular and thin (like a commercial pionono)
- Bake in the oven for about 15 'or until it's cooked (click or verify that it detaches from the paper on the sides)
- Once cold, remove from the paper, stuffed with vanilla cream + chopped dried fruit
- I spread the filling well evenly throughout the pionono and then roll up
- Let cool for a few hours
- To serve decorate with + coffee cream + choco-chips
- Ready your rolled and enjoy
