Very Delicious Dessert Recipes Without Gluten

Eating dessert has become a habit for some people. However, most desserts contain gluten and some people sometimes want gluten-free desserts. On this occasion sharing a dessert recipe and I made it in a GLUTEN FREE version, but you can use other types of flour such as oatmeal.
Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 30g rice flour
- 18ml milk
- 1/2 teaspoon royal yeast
- 1 tablespoon honey or sweetener
- 60g whipped cream
- 1 teaspoon fat-free cocoa
- A little honey or sweetener
How To Make:
- Separate the egg white from the yolk.
- Mix egg yolks with honey, flour, milk and yeast. Then beat using an electric mixer, until the mixture is well blended.
- Next, pour the dough on an oven tray lined with parchment paper and spread it evenly.
- Then, put in the oven and bake for 8/10 minutes at 170 °, remove from oven and roll in cake and coat with clean kitchen mitts until cool and set.
- After it cools down, we add the topping which will become the cream that we previously mixed with the cocoa.
- Then we soak the cake in 85% melted chocolate and milk chocolate without sugar or sweetener!! I bought it at a nearby shop.
- Let the chocolate layer harden as in the image above.
- After eating today feels delicious with desserts served delicious, tasty and healthy.
