Healthy Chocolate Granola Biscuit Recipe
Granola is a processed food made from oats, seeds, nuts, and honey. Granola is great for the health of many people. Maintain food intake by consuming more granola. On this occasion, I will share a delicious chocolate granola recipe that you can try at home.
Ingredients:
- 125 gr wheat flour t45 or 55
- 75 gr buckwheat flour
- 50gr brown sugar
- 5gr baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1 pinch flower of salt
- 20gr milk
- 75gr butter
How To Cook:
- Mix all the ingredients until you get a homogeneous dough, let it rest in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Roll out the dough to a thickness of 5mm and form a circle with a cookie cutter (6 cm for me), placing it on parchment paper. Leave for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Preheat your oven to 180 degrees. Bake the biscuits for 15 to 20 minutes (until cooked). Let cool on the rack.
- Melt 60g milk chocolate and 60g dark chocolate (For 30 seconds by 30 seconds in the microwave).
- Dip the surface of each cake in the chocolate. Place on a tray and leave until the chocolate sticks and hardens completely.
- Put the remaining chocolate into a piping bag, cut the ends very thin. And decorate as in the picture above.
