Healthy Chocolate Granola Biscuit Recipe


Choccolate granola Dessert

Granola is a processed food made from oats, seeds, nuts, and honey. Granola is great for the health of many people. Maintain food intake by consuming more granola. On this occasion, I will share a delicious chocolate granola recipe that you can try at home.

Ingredients:
  • 125 gr wheat flour t45 or 55
  • 75 gr buckwheat flour
  • 50gr brown sugar
  • 5gr baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pinch flower of salt
  • 20gr milk
  • 75gr butter
How To Cook:
  1. Mix all the ingredients until you get a homogeneous dough, let it rest in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  2. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 5mm and form a circle with a cookie cutter (6 cm for me), placing it on parchment paper. Leave for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  3. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees. Bake the biscuits for 15 to 20 minutes (until cooked). Let cool on the rack.
  4. Melt 60g milk chocolate and 60g dark chocolate (For 30 seconds by 30 seconds in the microwave).
  5. Dip the surface of each cake in the chocolate. Place on a tray and leave until the chocolate sticks and hardens completely.
  6. Put the remaining chocolate into a piping bag, cut the ends very thin. And decorate as in the picture above.
  7. Let the chocolate harden and enjoy You can also add other toppings.
