  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1 lime
  • 1 lemongrass
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 3 lime leaves
  • 1 segment of galangal
  • 2 packs of instant coconut milk
  • salt to taste
  • enough water
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • Mushroom broth to taste
  • cooking oil

Ground spices:
  • 8 red chilies
  • 10 cayenne pepper
  • 10 red onions
  • 5 cloves of garlic
