Ingredients:
  • 150 gr salmon
  • 1 Carrot, diced
  • 1 tablespoon peas
  • 5 green beans, sliced
  • 1 cm 1/2 piece of shaved corn
  • 1 small broccoli, chopped
  • 1 potato, diced


Seasoning:
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped coriander
  • 2 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
  • 2 cloves of garlic, puree
  • 2 slices of lemon
  • 2 tablespoons of cooking oil


How to make:
  1. Boil boiled carrots, peas, chickpeas, corn and potatoes, until tender. Separate each one.
  2. Wash the salmon until clean. Drain briefly, then add lemon juice and oil.
  3. Rub marinade on salmon, let it 20 minutes. Combine all the oil ingredients, stir until smooth.
  4. Then, heat the Teflon over medium heat. Bake and spread with spices.
  5. It feels cooked, remove the salmon, serve with vegetables.
