  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 400 ml ice water

Tartar Sauce:
  • 150 ml bottled mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped pickled cucumber

  • French fries

How to Make Crispy Chicken Fillet:
