Bread Ingredients :

  • 400 grams of wheat flour (high protein flour is recommended)
  • 1 teaspoon instant yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 250 ml water
  • 15 grams of margarine
  • Spread & Sprinkle Bread:
  • butter (butter) to taste
  • 1 tablespoon sliced ​​spring onions

Sauce Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sweet thick

Filling Material :

  • 1 sheet of cheddar cheese
  • 2 chicken eggs
  • 2-3 tablespoons full cream liquid milk
  • pinch of salt
  • a pinch of pepper powder

How to Make Bread :

  1. Put all bread ingredients in a bowl, except margarine.
  2. Stir until well blended, then add margarine. Mix well and let the bread dough rest for 30 minutes to expand.
  3. Roll out the bread dough on a cutting board that has been dusted with flour.
  4. Pinch the top of the dough, then put it in the bread pan. Adjust the length of the dough to the length of the pan. After that, let it rest for another 30 minutes.
  5. Place the dough in the oven at 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
  6. Once the bread is cooked, remove it from the pan and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  7. Cut the cooked, not too hot bread into 2-3 cm thick slices.
  8. Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a nonstick skillet. When it's melted, use it to bake the bread until it's brown on both sides. Remove and set aside first.

How to Make Omelette :

  1. Beat chicken eggs with salt, pepper, and full cream milk.
  2. Heat oil/butter/margarine in a frying pan. When it's melted, add the beaten eggs. Stir with a spatula to set the center, but don't separate them.
  3. If there is no more liquid part of the egg, remove it from the stove immediately.

Finishing :

  1. Prepare a sheet of bread that has been baked. Put a sheet of cheddar cheese on it.
  2. Place the egg omelette on top of the cheese. Cover with another sheet of toast.
  3. Serve on a plate or paper box, then give a sauce made from a sweet thick mixture and mayonnaise.
  4. Finally, sprinkle with spring onions and sandwich toast sandwich, the egg toast is ready to eat.
