Ingredients:
  • 6 small burger buns
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter


Meat Dough:
  • 500 grams minced beef/chicken
  • 2 tablespoons white bread flour
  • 1 egg
  • 20 grams finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt


Complementary:
  • 1 red tomato, thinly sliced
  • 6 lettuce leaves
  • 6 sheets of cheddar cheese


How to Make a Mini Cheeseburger:
  1. Burger: Stir and mix all the meat dough ingredients until smooth.
  2. Divide the meat mixture into 6 parts. Shape each into balls and then flatten.
  3. Heat a skillet, add butter and cook each burger until done and browned on both sides then remove and set aside.
  4. Split the burger buns and then briefly bake in a skillet or toaster until the halves are slightly dry.
  5. Grease each slice of bread with mayonnaise.
