Tasty White Chicken Karahi with Chips Recipe
This White Chicken Karahi is creamy, savoury and just super delicious! It has just the right amount of spice paired with crispy chips. A truly carve-able dish paired with Naan and mint Rita. First dish of 2022 is hosted by lovely friends.
Ingredients:
- 3 pounds chicken boneless
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 tbs ginger and garlic
- 2 medium onion chopped
- 2 tbs green chillies
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- Oil for cooking
- 1 tsp garam masala
How to Make Delicious White Chicken Karahi:
- In a non stick pan heat the oil and add ginger and garlic.
- After stirring some time add chopped onion and cook on medium to low heat.
- After cooking for some time add 1 cup water in the onion, ginger and garlic. When it boils lower the heat and cook them half hour.
- When water is dried add chicken and start doing Bhoonna.
- Keep stirring the chicken when it’s smell is gone and the color changes; add salt, pepper, garam masala and green chilies.
- After that add yogurt and cook. Chicken will cooked in yogurt.
- When the yogurts water is fry the chicken is also ready to eat.
- Add some homemade fry potato chips in the masala and fresh cilantro.
- The masala with fries is super tempting and delicious.
