Coffee Cake Banana Bread Recipe (Simple & Easy)

(seriously) The best way to use up brown bananas. This is one of the best banana breads I’ve ever had. It’s moist and the crumble topping is SO GOOD. My dad even said that this is one of his favorite desserts I’ve ever made. This banana coffee cake is very tasty and perfect for relaxing, you have to try the recipe.

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 ripe bananas, medium sized
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar crumble
  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 6 Tbs coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
How to Make Coffee Cake Banana Bread Recipe:
  1. Preheat oven to 350F and line loaf pan with parchment paper and nonstick spray
  2. In a small bowl, mix together almond flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon
  3. In a large bowl, mash bananas. Whisk in eggs
  4. Stir in vanilla and coconut sugar
  5. Add dry ingredients to wet and stir until combined. Pour into prepared loaf tin
  6. In a small bowl, mix together all crumble ingredients and stir until combined
  7. Add to top of banana bread batter
  8. Bake for 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean
  9. Mix together some powdered sugar and milk until you have a drizzly consistency. Drizzle on your bread. Enjoy :)
