  • 500 grams ground beef
  • 100 grams of ground chicken
  • 3 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
  • 6 red onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 red chilies, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 spring onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon oil for frying

Ingredients per serving (stir well):
  • 25 grams of scallions, finely sliced
  • 1 duck egg, beaten
  • 1 chicken egg, beaten
  • 1/2 fruit (50 grams) onion, finely chopped 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper powder
  • 50 grams of meat stir fry

How to make:
  1. Make martabak skin: mix flour and salt. Pour water little by little while mashed until smooth. Add cooking oil. Knead the dough until it is elastic.
  2. Weigh each 75 grams. round up. Soak in cooking oil for two hours.
  3. Make the martabak topping: saute garlic, onion, and red chili until fragrant. Add ground beef and ground chicken. Stir until it changes color.
  4. Add curry powder, salt, pepper powder and sugar. Stir until absorbed. Add scallions. Stir well. Set aside.
