Ingredients:
  • 2 Egg Yolks
  • 40 gram Sugar
  • 500 mL Full Cream Liquid Milk
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 gram jelly
  • 1/4 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
  • 5 gram jelly powder

Ingredients for Caramel:
  • 50 gram of Water
  • 80 gram Sugar

How to make:
  1. Prepare a pan and add all the ingredients for the pudding, except the egg yolks and vanilla extract. Stir until evenly distributed and while waiting for the pudding ingredients to be ready, also prepare the ingredients for making caramel.
  2. Make the caramel: Prepare a saucepan to heat the water and sugar. Wait until it turns light brown and becomes caramel, then just stir.
  3. Prepare the container. Add the eggs, stir briefly with a whisk, then add a little of the milky mixture. Stir well then pour all the egg mixture into the milk pan while stirring. Then add the vanilla extract, stir again. Then turn off the fire.
  4. Prepare the mold for the pudding. Pour a little caramel into the mold, then flatten (reserving a little caramel for the sauce). Next, pour the pudding mixture until it runs out.
  5. The remaining caramel is cooked again, add about 3-4 tablespoons of water. Stir again until the caramel melts.
  6. Remove the pudding from the mold when it is cold or set. Pour in the caramel sauce to taste.
  7. Caramel custard pudding is ready to be served and eaten.
