Necessary materials :

  • 200 grams of wheat flour
  • 30 grams of sugar
  • 200 ml liquid milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 60 grams of unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • Salt
  • fruit toppings, cheese, or honey.


How to make :

  1. Beat eggs and milk until smooth. Set aside.
  2. Mix dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt).
  3. Slowly fold the dry ingredients into the egg and milk mixture, then add the vanilla. Stir well.
  4. Add the melted unsalted butter. Stir well.
  5. Heat a non-stick frying pan, add butter to it.
  6. Pour pancake batter according to taste.
  7. Once the bottom turns brown, turn it over and wait for the other side to cook.
  8. Serve with fruit toppings, cheese, or add honey.

Tips:

Leftover pancakes should be wrapped in plastic or placed in an airtight container and stored in the refrigerator. You can reheat the pancakes in the microwave for consumption within 3-4 days.

Immediately clean the mixing bowl, measuring spoon and mixer blade as soon as possible, so that the dough does not harden.
